We took the Soul for a day of hiking and playing in some water falls. While we had been gone it had rained a little and it looked like it was going to rain in earnest sometime during the night.
When I went to roll up my driver’s side window. Click. Nothing else. All the other windows went up and down with no troubles. So I park Bullmobile in the garage and the Soul in the driveway.
The next day I take the door panel off and get to some trouble shooting. There’s pixies dancing into the switch and out of the switch and the motor gets hot from me clicking the switch so much. I pull out the motor and I’m able to turn the pinion. That’s weird it was acting like it was jammed. The window slides up and down no problem. I plug the motor back in and hit the switch. Bzzzzzz it spins one way. Bzzzzzz it spins the other way.
All back together. No issues since.
